More than lunch – Building stronger customer connections online

Delicious Food Co. has its roots in 2005 when the company was established on the philosophy of making beautiful artisan sandwiches and salads prepared using locally available foods.

Over the years, it came to be a brand, trusted in the office catering scene of Dublin, known to be fresh, creative, and made with care. From lunches at the workplace, grab-and-go, and so on, Delicious Food Co. developed a reputation not just for the excellent taste but for its thoughtful service.

However, as the brand was flourishing in the offline world, the online presence never reflected the mood.

The Challenge

Although Delicious Food Co. had a good reputation in the catering market in Dublin, it was not able to project its authenticity on the internet. Previous campaigns had not been able to provide meaningful interaction, and images were not consistent across platforms.

Meta ads didn’t drive leads or meaningful interaction.

Web and social channels weren’t converting traffic into catering orders.

The brand was not reflected in the online tone or images that were supposed to reflect the warmth and sincerity of the brand.

There was no consistency in graphics that supported the general aesthetic.

The local trust and authenticity of the brand were not shown online.

In order to achieve digital strength to gain as much success as it had in the real world, a strategic overhaul was needed.
